Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who would be working across multiple programs assisting in organizing and driving project initiatives to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic long-term and short-term program objectives supporting the business mission.
- Establish policies and procedures governing program execution and accountability.
- Set priorities and milestones for individual projects and team initiatives within the program.
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer or information sciences.
- Need someone with Strong Agile Experience, preferably with Scrum Master certification and experience as such
- 15-20 years' work experience in the related industry sector
- Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- Extensive and diverse computer system hardware and software knowledge
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
