Job Description
- Experience in TrakSys application support and development
- 3-8 years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of TrakSys applications
- Should be experienced with the system administration and maintenance activities of the at least 1 MES COTS application.
- Working experience in C# .NET application support and development
- Experience with T-SQL
- Experience in trouble shooting and debugging TrakSys applications.
- Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.
- Background in TrakSys, manufacturing process of either Process or Discrete industries
- Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications
- Must have independently handled at least 1 full TrakSys implementation/upgrade project
- Work closely with Business Management Team and Users to define the needs and design solutions that add value
- Document and analyze the information needs for the business and ensure appropriate solution are delivered
- Gather the user requirements in relation to controlling and recording the manufacturing activities.
- Maintain client relationships
- Consistently display an enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude in both words and actions.
