Business Development Associate

The core mission of the Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients using various methods and test a range of lead generation strategies to optimize campaign, identify areas of opportunity that drive measurable improvement in revenue contribution and implement solutions to help accelerate the efficient growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be results driven, has superior attention to details and able to work and know how to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimum supervision. There will be weekly sales and marketing team meetings where the team will cooperatively review and create new goals that align with the long-term direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual goals and KPI.
- Make contact with +160 leads daily
- Identify and target revenue/growth opportunities within an assigned territory/set of
accounts within the industry.
- Generates leads through open-source research tools to obtain key information from
targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
- Meet objectives including conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualifications,
customer data management, and revenue targets.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the products, content and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and value proposition
- Understand the industry, challenges faced, and evolution of the marketplace both client and companies prospective.
- Scrubs and validates prospect information in the database or open sources.
- Optimizes tools and processes to manage with lead qualification, sales cycles, and product improvement.
- Tracks prospects - identifies timelines, and specific qualifications and enters data accurately and consistently into the CRM or database; record and maintain leads data.
- Nurture and build relationship with existing and new clients and prospects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in lead generation in US B2B, B2C environment.
- Extensive leads generation experience with a proven track record of reliability and success.
- Has solid history of prospecting, leads generation, and data mining.
- Ability to handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism.
- Exceptional written and verbal English business communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
- Proactive, self-starter, and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Can talk to clients professionally through LinkedIn outreach and emails.
- Has high confidence to speak to C-Level Executives and influence their decision-making process.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and Microsoft Suite.
