Job Summary:
The successful candidates for this role will be responsible for recruiting, cold calling, resourcing drivers, and explaining the company's contract to them.
The ideal candidates will need to be available to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern, and must be flexible and work on shifting schedule to cover the weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Create various materials to use in further recruiting processes, as well as creating training materials video/audio and frequently asked questions for drivers.
- Collate/Collect info - name, contacts, where they got the info, background
- Be persuasive in order to convince drivers to work for our company, and answer any inquiries
- Every single interaction with existing/prospective drivers must be recorded on Bitrix24 CRM system
- Every communication and phone calls summary must be posted after each occurrence. This will allow anyone to take over the case or respond to the driver or follow up with them in case their point of contact is unavailable
- Once drivers are employed, assist them with their needs and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Conduct performance reviews, process driver applications, maintain records, and respond to posts or comments on social media.
- Use telegram GC for communications with drivers
- MVR - background check for drivers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Back-Office Admin; hiring truck drivers will be advantageous
- Hands-on experience in usingBitrix24 or any CRM
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- BS degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be amenable to work from 9pm to 6am, MNL
- Must be amenable to Shifting schedule
