A leading company in FMCG industry with strong commitment in the manufacturing of fruit juices and drinks is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Boost brand awareness and generate leads while managing internal and external marketing campaigns and programs.
Research industry and marketplace trends to develop marketing solutions and enhance business operations.
Assess marketing copy, art comps, and final designs and compare them with established specifications.
Create company brand messaging, collateral materials, customer events, promotional strategies, and product commercialization.
Generate reports detailing campaign performance, customer engagement, and engagement trends to gain insight, and access goals.
Perform market segmentation, targeting, and positioning for each product line.
Participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with advertisers and production managers, to market products and services.
Manage marketing budget and associated P&L to develop and execute marketing strategies, budgets, and sales plans for business segments.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Oversee and approve marketing material, such as website banners, hard copy brochures, and case studies
Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
Requirements
BSc Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
4 years experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG or Retail Industry.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software and website analytic tools such as HubSpot Marketing, Bitrix24, Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.
Experience in identifying target audiences, devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and educate about products and services
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
