Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supervising the performance implementation of the local team, and be responsible for the performance results.
- Responsible for the daily operation management of the team, performance improvement, personnel management (including recruitment, training, and system improvement).
- Compliance and quality inspection management, complaint monitoring. Team culture construction.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor degree or above, no major limitation
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, with experience in collection outsourcing management in Indonesian local banks or fintech industry is preferred
- Familiar with operational business outsourcing strategy management methods, and have a full understanding of the business process and operating mode of Indonesian local outsourcers
- Have good negotiation, communication, coordination and adaptability capabilities, strong teamwork skills and strong resistance to pressure
