Belgian Admin Support Agent & English

As an Admin Support agent, you will be handling first line inbound administrative support requests by phone & e-mail (B2B). You will also have to take care of the costumers to maintain a strong relationship.

Profile

• You are native Belgian person with Dutch, Flemish or French with English language . It's important your native language and be able to follow instructions in english, basic knowledges, as it's an administrative task.

• Belgian ID

• Basic computer skills are necessary;

• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;

• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours
