Job Description
Primary Skill: Sharepoint Developer
Secondary Skill: XML, .NET, SQL, C#, SharePoint Administration
Required Knowledge and Skills
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 Administration with a focus on SharePoint Administration
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online Administration and Development in a retail environment
- Ability to meet with design and business teams to review website and application requirements
- Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
- Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications
- Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and other web services
- Ability to write and maintain PowerShell Scripts and scripting environments
- Reviewing website interface and software stability
- Troubleshooting, testing, and debugging sites and code
- Ability to interact with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organization skills, including a keen attention to detail
- Minimum 4 year degree required
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 SharePoint Tenant, application portfolio and client-side technologies
- Ability to serve as an escalation point for our Level 2 support and Helpdesk teams
- Plan and document multi-step complex changes and develop disaster recovery procedures
- Interest in new technology (mobile applications, video, bots, etc.) and staying up to date with technology roadmaps and feature rollouts
- Contact and work with vendor support for hardware and/or software problem resolution
- Be available for rotating 24/7 on-call support
Other Desired Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 automation and monitoring in an Enterprise landscape
- Teams Bot creation and support
- Graph API programming
- Microsoft Certifications and licensing comprehension are a plus
