Tasks

• Build your business in recruitment and continue developing your career in the Tech industry
• Seek new business opportunities and generate leads in Permanent and Contracting staffing solutions
• Working on both building and developing relationships with new and existing accounts
• Become a brand and go to person whilst developing long-term, trust-based, relationships with their client partners

Requirements

• Robust experience in agency recruitment with a solid track record in developing new business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong reputation in engaging in proactive behaviour and seizing opportunities
• High level of personal motivation and accountability
• German and English proficiency
