Junior Travel Consultant w/ native level of French or Dutch

Our client is a leader in corporate travel management, with offices around the world. Right now we are looking for new, excited talents to become Business Travel Consultants and join this dynamic work environment.

You would be a great fit if you speak native Dutch or French, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for traveling.

Tasks

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• With your strong understanding of travel policies, you will guide and provide consultation to the customer
• Provide the customer with the required information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Supporting the company and client-driven initiatives
• Managing the system by taking initiatives to improve performance and reliability according to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (ideally in fast-paced environments)
• Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service to help customers
• Good prioritization and focus skills
• Empathy - understand what our customers need
• Knowledge of any GDS is a big plus
