About the role:

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who is eager to support and continue developing our well-established team and enable Billie to create a new standard for business purchasing. In this role, you will own Billie s range of Order Management APIs used by merchants to handle orders, payments, and disputes. These APIs represent the foundation of Billie s post-purchase experience for merchants and buyers using Billie. You will work closely with Billie s Engineering, Analytics, and Product Management teams, plus Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders. You will also be involved in key conversations to enable (further) integrations with distribution partners.

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with our merchants to deeply understand their problems, needs, and preferences and understand the impact on B2B buyers
  • Prioritize, build and ship Billie s key technical capabilities related to the handling of orders, payments, and disputes
  • Own and manage a set of data-driven success criteria for the acceptance and use of Billie s product
  • Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Billie s post-purchase experience and help initiate projects
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of excellent product documentation and/or training, including to audiences outside of Billie
  • Be responsible for maintaining a culture of high performance, collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within your team and with your stakeholders

Who we are looking for:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline, ideally in fintech or financial services-related organizations
  • You have a deep understanding of e-commerce products, the Payment Service Provider (PSP) landscape and in building innovative API focused products
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable diving deep into the data to derive quantitative insights to make the right business decisions
  • You have experience with building technical architecture for complex and highly scalable applications
  • You have a highly collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, and are capable of building trust with your team and peers across departments
  • Full professional proficiency in English (German is a plus)
