3. Role Title: Performance Test Engineer

Hiring Mode: TP/FTE

Location: New York City, New York-10012 [On-Site]

Note: Almost all the candidates we met are just beginners in performance testing, however they are faking their profiles with more experience.

Skills required: JMeter, Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Chaos Monkey, Gremlin, Resiliency Studio

Job Description:

Ensure optimally performing production applications by establishing and testing application and transaction SLAs for performance

Implementing proactive application monitoring, alarming and reporting, and ensuring adherence to and measurement against defined SLAs

Analyze, design, and develop performance specifications and scripts based on workflows.

ERP background nice to have,

Demonstrate outstanding flexibility and leadership with communication of performance test result interpretation and explanation to both IT and Business Users.

Resilience & Reliability Testing Experience - High Availability Design, Resilient Architecture, Scalability & Capacity Analysis, SLA/SLO analysis

Design and build processes to monitor if applications are performing according to SLAs and measure the performance

Should be able to understand application system / architecture and develop performance test strategy and plan, and work through the execution.
