Job Description

The Global HRIS Specialist supports the Global Project Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding in the implementation of technology to support the Talent Acquisition business team. This includes technology such as SuccessFactors recruitment (RCM), onboarding (ONB), career site (CSB), candidate relationship management (CRM) and employee central system (EC). Additional tools include HiredScore (AI screening), Modern Hire (virtual interview and scheduling), JDXpert (job description management) and more.

What will you do

Develop and manage testing of systems including user acceptance and regression testing.

Facilitate testing sessions, consolidating and documenting all issues, and monitoring resolution and progress.

Preparing testing documents, documenting and retesting of all defects.

Working with global teams on finalizing testing and securing business sign off for all activities.

Manage relationship with translation vendor which includes working with regional teams for validation and testing in applicable tools.

Assisting with software upgrade testing across all of our tools and technologies.

Conducting system demonstrations to global HR teams as well as creating user documentation and training videos.

Assist in collecting detailed business requirements for new tools and system enhancements.

Work and collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Information Technology and Talent Acquisition teams.

Provide support for all questions, troubleshooting and maintenance and ensure communication to users.

Perform special projects as assigned.

Required qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in an HRIS role.

Minimum of 1 year experience in software testing.

Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, data problem solving skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects responsibilities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment.

Solution oriented with the ability to foresee potential issues and provide solutions.

Preferred qualifications

Recent experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.

Experience as project team member or lead.

Proficiency in Google applications.
