Detailed Job Description
Established the framework and process to report on resource needs and capacity, to forecast project budget, and capture project actuals. Supported cross functional corporate initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, to facilitate projects through the project development lifecycle, and communicating status to executive leadership. Measured and monitored the portfolio performance against strategic priorities and business goals to track and report on program success criteria and KPIs.
