Position Name:Bilingual Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Daily Customer interaction as a bilingual coordinator translating information between customer and team
• Requirement Gathering and explanation the to offshore team
• Liaison with customer and project team for smooth project execution
• Project status tracking and communicating with customers
• Understandrequirementsequirement, translate e-mails/documents between Japanese and English
• Create Technical documents
• Experience giving technical proposal presentation support to customers.
• Liaise with in-house ,engineers, sales and clients on IT-related projects
• Other relevant tasks about the above as assigned by the Company

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 yearsof work experience in the n IT industry, preferably in an Airline/Travel related areas.
• A proven, successful track record working with Japanese customers.
• Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively
• Hold Valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card
• Currently reside in Tokyo and face-to-face to face interviews at Tokyo Office
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2) and English (preferably TOEIC 850 or above)
