A management consulting company is seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist. Looking for someone with large company experience who ideally has a background using ADP. The right candidate has 3-8+ years of payroll experience, direct experience running payroll, and solid communication/customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process payroll for employees in the organization
- Maintain personal database regarding salaries
- Manage organization budget and expenses
- Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
- Work with company database programs to process payroll
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
- Handling any client s information with Sensitivity and strict confidentiality
- Other tasks as assigned

- Fast learner
- Must be Tech Savvy and have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
