What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors degree in nursing required
- Masters degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of recent acute care Director of ER Experience (Would consider a strong ER Manager)
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Reporting structure:
- Reports to ER admin director
- Have ED analyst does payroll, rounding, she s and EMT will report to the director
- Hope to open one manager position once director is hired
- Educator? Yes -Not specific for the ED but does have one for hospital
- # FTEs: ~85
- # direct reports: manager and ED analyst
General Comments
Compensation: 110-125k (Based on years of experience)
Bonus Structure: eligible for 15-22.5% bonus incentive starting 2024 ( They have to start by 9/30 in 2022 in order to receive it 2023. So anyone that starts now or later wont be eligible until 2024.the cut off each year is 9/30 for the following year)

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Active license to practice as an RN in the state(s) in which patient care is provided. One (1) - two (2) years of hospice experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred, or as prescribed by state law and regulation if such exceeds these requirements. Three (3) years of hospice or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.
