About the Company
Created 60 years ago, our company has established itself as a leader in a fast-growing market: spray driers and evaporators for the food industry. They design, produce, and sell quality products to satisfy the processing needs of companies all over America.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be in charge of our activities in the USA
- Managing a small but highly qualified team
- Creating business plans and managing budgets
- Setting policies and processes
- Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance
- Preparing monthly reports for the group
- Resolving issues
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in process engineering
- Proven successful experience in sales and as General Manager or similar executive role
- Familiar with spray dryers and evaporators for the food and dairy industry
- Experienced at an international organization, such as the US subsidiary of a foreign company is a plus, but not essential
- Ambitious player who leverages its expertise, its reliability, its proximity to the market to assert its leading position
- Proactive attitude and want to grow in a developing company
