OPERATION MANAGER
La risorsa selezionata avr il compito di coordinare il personale di cantiere, pianificare, organizzare, dirigere e controllare tutto ci che presente nel cantiere, dalle scadenze al rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
Il/la candidato/a ideale dovr possedere i seguenti requisiti:
- esperienza medio-lunga nel settore navale e cantieristico;
- capacit di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle risorse umane;
- buone capacit di sintesi ed analisi, nozioni di management e di ordine commerciale;
- conoscenze delle normative tecniche e gestione amministrativa;
- residenza in zone limitrofe o disponibilit a trasferirsi per la durata del progetto.
Prevista possibilit di vitto ed alloggio.
