Job Description:

RVP Consultants Full cycle recruiter and HR professional will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting processes and on boarding for RVP Consultants internal hires and external clients.

The ideal candidate has the skills and interest to not only recruit amazing talent, but the experience to coach and train our internal team on best practices, manage key stakeholder relationships and the desire to grow along with the pace of this company as the key partner in building the recruiting function.

This candidate will work closely with our global clients to understand the needs, gather feedback, follow up, and present detailed reports. He / She will be providing resume assistance, and interview preparation to candidates.


Responsibilities:

Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings

Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, work permit and visa requirements.

Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures

The Recruiter will ensure the positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner that is in full compliance with all guidelines

Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation, closing of candidate, visa assistance, and on boarding.

Build, develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent

Building a pool of talent based on skill / competency and location that we can maintain relationships with that we can draw on for future talent-based needs

Build relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Implement strategies that decrease our reliance on third parties to source talents and improve our time to efficiency for new hires

Providing reporting dashboards to share with business leaders to demonstrate progress against hiring goals

Ensure hiring is in line with Company policy and commitment to diversity and equality.



Requirements

  • 3+ years of related recruiting experience
  • Ability to create large-scale recruiting strategies and cultivate an online presence for purposes of attracting talent
  • Proficiency in using effective sourcing and research methodologies
  • Fluent in English (spelling and grammar)
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Good understanding of HR practices and compliance
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision


Other Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment, staffing agency or corporate environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills
