As we continue to establish a headcount in Berlin, we are looking for a Client Strategy Manager- EMEA to influence the growth of our advertiser portfolio in the European region. The ideal candidate should be diligent, ambitious, and have an innovative mindset, a profile who is willing to jump into a startup environment and develop their skills within Berlin s trendiest marketing technology company
Tasks
- Manage your own portfolio of clients: Conducting client calls and internal team meetings, creating strategies for client growth, and providing customers with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going, consultative relationship
- Develop quarterly growth strategies across accounts
- Work with the internal CRM systems and MMP reports and constantly provide clients with the best return on their ad budget spend
- Proactive studying of the environment and contribution of innovative ideas to continuously develop user acquisition strategies across the portfolio
- Educate new customers about AVOW s value proposition, the current OEM product offering and main market trends
- Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
- Represent AVOW at key client meetings and industry events
- Exceed daily and monthly IO targets
Requirements
Your profile:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Business or similar from a top university
- 2-3 years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space and/or in performance marketing
- Capable interpersonal skills; willing and able to unlock and develop new relationships
- Possess a solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking/attribution and optimization
- Consultative and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
- Ability to confidently represent AVOW s solution and establish credibility as a reliable matter expert in the field of mobile advertising
- Problem-solving skills
- Language: English professional proficiency
What would be nice to have:
- Language: Russian language proficiency is a plus
- Direct experience in performance marketing for the Gaming and/or Finance industries
Job Requirements
Location: This position is based at our HQ in Berlin
Work Location Scheme: Weekly - 2 X Office, 3 X Home Office
Work Permit: Due to the urgency of this position, this role doesn't support relocation or visa application sponsorship. To be eligible to apply, you will need to hold a valid work permit that can be transferred to the company at the time of the application.
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
