(Senior) Product Analyst (m/f/d) - Berlin, hybrid or 100% remote

Your role at zolar

As our first Product Analyst, you will work with our product teams (Product Managers, Designer, Engineers) in analyzing our product performance & data, identifying and suggesting high value product improvements with the goal to both improve product value & performance, but also to help improve efficiency and agility of our teams.

__YOUR ROLE AT ZOLAR__

• Evaluate the zolar products and compare them against industry trends.
• Develop an deep understanding of zolars products and their performance, to meet the company s current and future needs.
• Develop and oversee small to medium scale Product research projects.
• Analyze Product metrics to continually improve zolar products performance & value.
• Continually monitor & evaluate zolars Products performance and bring attention to relevant observations & findings.
• Support Product teams, ensuring traction and performance can be tracked for all products.
• Ensure regular product performance reviews are organized and commenced with each of the product teams & relevant stakeholders.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
• 3 years + experience with previous product analysis experience.
• experience working with data to, from and within Excel.
• Comfortable presenting research results & suggestion using tools such as PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, both using the tool and export of data.
• Experience with Hotjar and/or similar Product Analytics tools.
• Experience defining, establishing, and managing monitoring of Product Metrics.
• Comfortable working with SQL.
• You are fluent in both English (C1) & German (B2) language.
