Job Description
- Overall day to day management and to define and implement a strategy for profitable growth while efficiently managing costs and risks.
- Oversees the operations of the organisation and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement an Organisation structure that supports the overall business plan.
- Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval.
- People Management: Monitor performance of direct reports and guide them in managing their performance.
