Job Description
Our client, one of the countrys top real estate firms, is looking for their Finance Manager
Critical Tasks:
Oversee Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Tax of the company
Perform monthly analysis of tax schedules prior to filing/payment (i.e. EWT vs. Input VAT, CWT vs. VAT vs. Collections, etc.)
Implementation of relevant and new tax updates
Quarterly and Annual processing of Business Permits/Tax
Tax Management and Optimization of Tax Incentives of the company
Perform internal tax assessments of exposures to avoid future assessments
Tax Management and Optimization of Tax Incentives of the company

Handle various tax audit (BIR/LGU) and assessments of the company
Handle various tax audit (BIR/LGU) and assessments of the companys reply letters, communication and coordination with BIR
Provide tax advisories related to deals and acquisitions
Handle Annual BIR/LGU tax compliance (books of accounts, barangay clearance, CTC, etc)
Requirements
BS Accountancy
Must have CPA License
Work Experience: 5-10 years
Can start immediately
