Our client are a leading specialist flooring contractor with an extensive portfolio of work nationally. They are a specialist flooring and hygienic wall cladding company who provide bespoke solutions for the flooring and wall cladding markets on a national level.

They are looking to employ a highly skilled floor layer to work on commercial projects across the whole of the UK. The role will include travel and working away.

Key Experience

Our client is looking for Skilled floor layers who are experienced with working with the following materials and can competently install

• LVT/Amtico installations
  
• Wood/laminate flooring
  
• Carpet tiles and broadloom carpet
  
• Vinyl s and safety vinyl s
  
• Coved skirting
  
• Marmoleum
  
• Epoxy Flooring
  
• Carpets & Bespoke Carpets / Traditional Fits
  
• Carpet Tiles
  
• Luxury Vinyl Tiles
  
• Hygienic Wall Cladding
  
• Solid and Engineered Woods
  

Requirements:

• All manner of sub-floor preparation - screeding
  
• Full UK Driving licence - no more than 6 points
  
• Required to drive to site daily from home the majority of the work is within a 2-hour radius of Huddersfield, though at times further travel will be necessary and occasional overnight stays will be required (all expenses met)
  
• CSCS Card is essential
  
• A friendly positive disposition with a can do attitude
