Task:
The project is entering the final phase: The client is creating a company including a sales organization and a community. With this they will create sustainable change, create a movement and sell energy community products. They are in Phase 2 and as they expand to 6 new communities in Phase 3 out team requires appropriate expertise. A sales expert who supports them in building the entire organization and steers the movement in the right direction together with them. They need support in the final conception, the construction, the start-up and the adaptation of the organization. They are seeking an impacting personality that can create a movement and is committed to our story (Client is sustainable, they act ,local and they connect people). Someone who can lead from the front, being the face of the organization for the project and then sustainably handing his work over to a local - this is a linchpin for the project. They act local and in the local are you have only one chance to succeed.
Skills:
Many years of experience in the sales environment along the career chain experience in selling in various channels (e.g. Door2Door, promotion, telephone acquisition) with different customers (e.g. new customers, existing customers) and various products (e.g. energy, beauty, insurance), international experience in management positions (strategy, business, communication, marketing, building structures) and thus with the successful management of sales teams, ideally with the development of a sales organization and/or sales team.
Experience in building organizations
Experience in training and motivating new employees in sales
Perspective of the "bigger picture", experience from surrounding parts of the organization such as marketing, customer service, IT, product development
Sales experience from various industries, ideally also the energy industry
Education:
Master of Business Administration or comparable degree (e.g. Management, Business Psychology, etc.)
