Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has risen within our long established group of companies for a role facilitating the onboarding of new clients, implementing and training of new systems and closing out key projects within the business improvement team .
Managing new client wins for our Asset360 service offering, implementing internally developed systems and software, sourcing additional warehousing space and seeking continual improvement internally, ensures there s never a quiet day. We want to ensure our internal stakeholders and clients receive the best scoping, onboarding, training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
Setting up additional warehousing space on our internal systems
Continual improvement internally
Finalisation of key internal projects
Implementation and roll out of our new systems
Onboarding new clients to ensure they have the best experience from Asset 360 to provide excellence in scoping, onboarding, training and ongoing support.
Based in Wigan but working throughout the UK as and when required, you ll work within our business improvement team, that works closely together to ensure we re delivering for our clients and the group.
The role will ensure that our companies internally built systems are being efficiently utilised by our clients. You will review use cases and implement systems and process improvements using training and client reporting .
Your initial 3 months onboarding will revolve around understanding the value of what we offer, meeting with our clients to understand our success stories and working with the team to finalise existing projects and implementations.
All of our systems are internally developed and you ll be at the heart of the business improvement, ensuring a feedback loop with our clients to ensure we re continually moving things forward. Internal and external feedback is essential to help guide our road map for 2023.
The ideal candidate will be a driver with less than 6 points, have experience managing a process, work stream or roll out within a tech based role. You ll be proficient at meeting new clients and quickly building report to understand their needs and be able to demo our software and additional features to help maximise it s effectiveness. You ll be a critical thinker, being able to offer improvements and suggestions to the team where needed.
