Medsolve are working with a large and established care group that specialise in the care of the elderly. This home is in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilitiesand physical disabilities

The role: Registered Nursing Home Manager

We are looking for an experienced registered home manager who will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage extensive team that includes trusted GPs, Dentists, Chiropodists and Dieticians, who all work hard to improve our residents quality of life.
  
• To translate our philosophy and values of respect, choice, privacy, independence, participation, community presence and individual development into practical effect.
  
• To liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure that the home operates within budget incorporating management and oversight of delegated budgets as required.
  
• To ensure that staff and resident vacancies are kept to a minimum.

Requirements of Nursing home manager:

• Minimum of 2 years home management experience
  
• NVQ level 5 in health and social care (desirable)
  
• Active NMC pin with No Restrictions on practise
