the Technology and Product group supports all aspects of internal and product technology, product management, operation, and support.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will provide support and management of applications in the field of returns logistics and work closely with the Engineering Team and internal customers to manage and resolve any technical issues.
  
• Provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Microsoft Business Central.
  
• Ability to spend time with the client onsite and be available when needed to provide the appropriate level of support (~10% travel)
  

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or able to show a comprehensive track record of managing ERP applications.
  
• Interdepartmental organization and ideally a very good understanding of business processes.
  
• Knowledge of T-SQL and experience with relational database systems.
  
• A high affinity for data & numbers as well as their analysis and processing.
