Application Manager in Munich-Hybrid

The engineering team supports the end-to-end software development lifecycle in the design, creation and maintenance of software products, as well as improving existing products.

Your key responsibilities:

• As Application Manager, you are responsible for internal user support as well as application and interface support of our client s centralized solutions. You are experienced in managing and supporting applications.
  
• You will bring to the team; analytical capabilities, experience with Microsoft ERP (NAV, Business Central) environments, including Azure Cloud, and a track record of maintenance and support of successful products.
  
• One of your core tasks is the functional management of the IT Application Management team. Resource and vacation scheduling, monitoring the timely completion of tasks, guiding team members, etc.
  
• Help shape the "support process" in the company and provide permanent knowledge transfer to employees and colleagues.
  
• Manage and edit the creation of work instructions and instructions and provide second-level support for all applications.
  
• Within the NAVISION / BC system administration, you will publish code adjustments to the NAV and discuss changes with the Auditors.
  
• Provide support and management for ERP NAV applications (Secondary Support)
  
  
  

Requirements

• You know how to work with ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV).
  
• You have experience with relational database systems and a high interest in data and numbers and their analysis and processing.
  
• You have completed training as an IT specialist or have studied computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualifications.
  
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  
• Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders from the business, programme and product management, as well as customers.
