We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our growing team. To achieve success in the role you will need to be detail-oriented, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion to support our customers on their sustainability journeys.
The Role
Sustainability is climbing up the Boardroom agenda as organisations grapple with meeting stakeholder expectations and addressing rising energy costs. We re seeking an Analyst to join our team as part of a 3 year graduate development programme, where you ll have the opportunity to develop a variety of skills and competencies across different aspects of sustainability consulting.
During the 3 years, you ll get to experience working within each of our different service pods - data, energy, carbon & environment, strategy & disclosure, and social sustainability while being supported to develop your consultancy, project management and customer service skills. After successful completion of the rotation, you will be given the opportunity to select the service pod you would like to specialise in (subject to role availability).
You ll gain experience in:
- data entry, analysis, reporting and interpretation, monitoring and targeting, exceptions analysis, footprint reporting (e.g. SECR)
- building and transport surveys, energy use modelling (using RETScreen), energy management, energy reporting schemes (e.g. ESOS)
- GHG reporting (scopes 1, 2 and 3), life cycle analysis
- strategy creation, disclosure schemes (e.g. CDP, SBTi)
- B Corp consultancy, incorporating social sustainability into customer strategies
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Required
Customer service experience
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook proficiency
A passion to contribute to the sustainability agenda
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High Level of numeracy and attention to detail
Desirable
Data entry, analysis and reporting
Knowledge of the sustainability industry

Salary of 24,200
