Job Description
Our client is a real estate company with a focus on delivering quality real estate investment products to individuals seeking medium and long term high yielding properties.
Responsibilities
- Handling sales documentation
- Managing client & sales database
- Collect, Manage and document client feedback, enquiries and complaints.
- Managing inspection process.
- Collate and submit weekly reports
- Manage Realtors communication, post and respond to inquiries on realtors groups.
- Communicate project updates with clients & realtors
- Manage walk-in clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Bsc or HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proximity to Lekki-Epe is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google workplace.
