Job Description
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous experience in recruitment;
- Highly motivated and proactive;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities;
- Ability to work independently.
About the position:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company;
- Utilizing different sourcing methods (online channels such as LinkedIn) to attract a diverse pool of candidates;
- Conducting interviews and coordinating interview schedules;
- Managing initial outreach to candidates, by sending engaging messages and job insights;
- Following up with candidates after interviews;
- Maintaining relationships with both internal recruitment team and candidates.
