Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the Food and Beverage finance and administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting
- Access and implement human resource policies and legislative requirements
- Apply the latest technology and regulations to source and purchase stock
- Develop & implement concepts, policies, procedures and strategies for the Food and Beverage department and all its areas of service to the casino
- Ensure that all measures are in place for the quality assurance of supplies, the storeroom and cold storage
- Manage all areas related to contractual arrangements
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation
- Generate increased revenue from existing business, and proactively create new business opportunities
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4);
- Experience in stock management, purchase requirements, business strategy development, market research, competitor analysis and report writing.
- Management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all F&B areas, team management and leadership
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
