Job Description

Linkage Web Solutions (www.linkage.ph) is looking for an HR-Office Manager in our Angeles City Office.

We're looking for an Expert who has a STRONG background and experience in RECRUITING TOP Salespeople, Project Managers, Developers, among other staff that our company constantly requires to keep up with growth. This person should be an "A Player" who is goal oriented and understands the company's mission and objectives.

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in Training and Development. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Responsible for establishing company training plans, organize personnel to participate in training, and evaluate training results;
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations. Responsible for handling various matters related to labor contracts. Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures is a must.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Create and Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Manages all administration tasks of the office including contract management, HMO sourcing, insurance policies and the like.
  • Provides administrative functions in coordination with Accounting Department, such as Payroll, and mandatory compliance with various government agencies.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and explain company policies and procedures, ensuring they are well understood and followed.
  • Processes disciplinary actions, clearances, evaluation, and other needed tasks.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Update and keep 201 Files and HR filing system (hard and soft copies) in order.
  • Perform occasional liaison work
  • Strong ethics and reliability
