Job Description

En tant que Sp cialiste support et d veloppement pour les clients francophones (h/f/non-binaire), vous rejoindrez notre quipe Exp rience client internationale et travaillerez de mani re transversale pour accompagner le d ploiement du coaching digital dans la r gion EMEA.

Vous serez responsable du bon d roulement des parcours de nos coach s et de nos coachs. Vous aurez deux grandes missions:

Point de contact responsable

  • En tant que point de contact privil gi , vous aurez charge d offrir la meilleure exp rience client nos coach s et coachs francophones et anglophones au sein de toute la r gion EMEA
  • Vous accompagnerez les coach s dans toutes les tapes de leur programme de coaching
  • Vous nouerez une relation de proximit avec les utilisateurs de notre plateforme par e-mail et/ou chat afin de les aider dans leurs demandes ; si n cessaire, vous pourrez galement les contacter en visioconf rence
  • Avec une grande capacit de r solution de demandes techniques complexes
  • Vous suivrez l ensemble des demandes en toute autonomie
  • Vous contacterez de mani re proactive les coach s et les coachs pour leur proposer de l aide
  • Vous travaillerez avec des outils digitaux tels que Zendesk, Confluence et Jira

Am lioration des processus et innovations techniques

  • Vous rechercherez et analyserez des donn es complexes
  • Vous analyserez les feedbacks des clients
  • Vous contribuerez l am lioration de notre offre
  • Vous proposerez de mani re proactive de nouvelles solutions et de nouveaux processus
  • Vous g rerez en toute autonomie des projets sp cifiques

Vous contribuerez avec nous la cr ation de l avenir du coaching digital.

Vous rejoindrez l quipe Exp rience client internationale et aurez un impact direct sur la qualit de l exp rience utilisateur de nos coach s.

Votre profil

  • Vous avez au moins 2 ans d exp rience dans un poste support au sein d un environnement technique
  • Vous avez d j travaill dans un environnement international ; la connaissance de l univers scale up est un avantage
  • Id alement, vous poss dez un dipl me sup rieur orient business
  • Vous tes l aise avec la r solution de ticket client, en particulier pour des logiciels
  • Vous pouvez communiquer en anglais et en fran ais
  • Les sujets du coaching professionnel, du coaching syst mique et de la psychologie vous int ressent
  • Vous d tenez un permis de travail allemand valide ou tes en mesure de travailler l galement en Union europ enne
