Job Description

We are an early-stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startups and private equity investments.

Tasks

You will have an impact on:

  • Take day-to-day responsibility for regular sales tasks, including research, analysis and reporting
  • Support the Acquisition team on key initiatives and processes that have a direct impact on our commercial success
  • Drive business growth and productivity in the Acquisition team by identifying and improving the quality and quantity of data in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Leverage a portfolio of sales tech tools to qualify outbound & inbound leads according to defined criteria and help in the prioritization of outreach by our Acquisition teams
  • You will be very familiar with our target customer profile to effectively and efficiently research and analyze a range of data sources to find both companies and leads which are not currently on our radar
  • Manage and lead a high-performing SDR team

Requirements

What you will add to our Crew:

  • Finished Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject
  • Initial experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
  • Ability to research and analyze information
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
  • Be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different positions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and maintaining data in our CRM and other systems as needed
  • You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus (preferably Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Czech and/or French)
