French Sales Support - Payment industry

As a sales support agent you will be in be in direct contact with existing and new merchants to collect all necessary documents required during the boarding process. You will have contact with your merchants, colleagues, via telephone and mail.

Profile

• High proficiency French with a high command of the English language (other languages are a plus).
• Call centre experience is preferable;
• strongly organized and detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills are necessary;
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
