Please read on if you want to bring your creativity, networking skills, and Customer Success experience to help the team meet the needs of our fast-growing scaleup. We have ambitious growth plans, so we have recently created this position to help take Unique to the next level.
As our Customer Success Manager, you'll manage, grow, and nurture a portfolio of mid-market and small enterprises customers from the EU region (DACH, FR, NL) and support our customer's journey with the product.
We would love to meet an individual obsessed with providing an exceptional customer experience and who brings an empathic personality with social competence and assertiveness to the team.
Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Success Team, your role will include but is not limited to the following points:
- Identify customers at risk to minimize churn & downgrade
- Push new use cases and new product features to generate up-sell opportunities
- Identify and work with accounts that are not fully utilizing the platform
- Contribute to our product s development by transmitting client s feedback to both tech and product teams: you are the customer s voice
- Work on our up-selling strategy and train your teammates on best practice
- Liaise closely with our partners and the partner team to support our clients on projects beyond the scope of your customers
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- You have 3 years + experience in Tech/ SaaS (Sales Tech Support, Customer Success, Customer Support) and in project or key account management
- You are obsessed with providing excellent customer experience
- You are passionate about tech products and likes to get a bit geeky
- You are a problem -solver with a can do attitude
- You are an entrepreneur and self-starter
- You are a multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
- You got some basic understanding of sales and sales methodologies
- You are highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals
- You have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration
- You are able to learn and explain complex concepts clearly and match client s business needs with our software solution
- You have outstanding communication skills in German and English (French is a strong plus)
