Customer Service Support for Fashion Retailer PVH (Dutch/Flemish Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be:

• Listening to customers questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
• Providing information about fashion products
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments

Requirements

You have an intercultural mind and are willing to work with many other nationalities

• You are up to fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of English

• You are a fast thinker and work proactively

• Type of Contract: A fixed-term contract that is renewable every year.
• Working Hours: Full time between 08:00-20:00 on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday) 40h/week
• Training: Have a kick-start your career with the intensive training that the company offers to its new employees.Salary Conditions(*): You have 2 options:
• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950 gross/month
• Excluding accommodation: 1240 gross/month*The relocation package only applies to individuals who live at least 100 kilometers from the office or relocate to Portugal
• Compensation during training period if successful (7 days): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes).

Relocation Package for International Candidates:

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
• Airport pick-up
• Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
• Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
