As a part of the Service Delivery team, you will be the link between our customers and the technical implementation team. Your goal is to lead our customers from first product workshop to the fully implemented Allthings platform, managing all topics regarding project management and customer needs along the way.

Tasks

What you will be doing:

With our real estate customers:

• You lead workshops to develop all the building blocks for a successful realization of the customer vision of digitisation.
• You consult our customers in the planning phase of their construction project or in their portfolio strategy around the topic of digitisation.
• You advise our customers on all aspects of digital operations and support the customer in the selection of partners and service providers.
• You serve as the single point of contact and project owner towards the customer during the implementation phase.

With digital solution partners:

• In workshops, you work with partners to help them understand our platform and how they can connect their solutions.
• You help undertake technical and financial feasibility studies for potential new partnerships with building technology providers.

With your team:

• You translate the customers needs and use cases into detailed specifications so that our technical implementation specialists can realize them.
• You take ownership of your digitization projects in all their phases and become the go-to contact for these projects.
• You define and create standard processes/documentation so that with scalability in the back of your mind.

Requirements

What you have/are:

• You have experience in project management and consulting, ideally in the field of digital transformation and/or software development.
• You have basic technical understanding of APIs, webhooks & SDKs to understand digitalisation needs and possibilities.
• Fluent German AND English language skills are a must, French language skills are a big plus!
• Nice to have: Knowledge in real estate property management, asset management, facility management, building technology or related fields, preferably in the area of digitisation.

Remote work:

Like many other companies, we re working remotely for the indefinite future. The geographic requirements of this position are that you are able to occasionally meet on-site with the rest of the team around Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and Basel, Switzerland for on-site workshops and other team events (e.g. once or twice each quarter). And that you have a permanent residency in Germany.
