- Drive high-quality traffic to our website through completion and report on performance metrics metrics
the company s narrative and execution across social media channels as well as
maintaining an active social media presence for multiple brands across
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube. The ideal candidate must be
able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and directly
in supporting our Marketing Communications and Human Resource Teams
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content including drafting copy, graphics, and light video
- Communicate our firm s value proposition as related to the growth of current and new services as well as the firm s culture
- Drive consistency and ensure cohesion and integration across all social channels by adhering to brand values
- Coordinate assets, scheduling posts, and publishing on channels
The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing and report on performance metrics
- Organically grow our social media following by engaging with followers, identifying opportunities for follower engagement, and audience development
- Develop optimization strategy for social media performance

Qualifications
- Fluent in best practices for all social media platforms, including but not limited to formats, post optimization, and scheduling
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to take complex topics and make them accessible to a wide audience
- Extensive experience working with social media management software: proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
