Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support a media analytics team in Arlington, VA with public affairs, strategic advising, and issue advocacy. This is hybrid position with a combination of in-office and remote work.

We understand the necessity of timely and accurate data powering our client s brand and advocacy needs. Our proprietary, data-driven platform is designed to create, connect, and influence the audiences that matter most across the social media, digital, advanced TV, and linear TV spectrum.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to be part of a team that supports all the operational functions of the company including reporting, new project deployment, microtargeting and analysis. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Client Service, Data Science and Revenue teams. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and able to intelligently prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting in every step of the microtargeting workflow, from survey creation and formatting to building statistical models
• Creating audiences for use in both internal products and partner platforms
• Development and innovation in reporting for client deliverables
• Providing client reporting on a regular cadence becoming a subject matter expert in client use cases and needs
• Performing quality assurance checks on product delivery as well as reports
• Management of new product spin-up using internal tools, client customization implementation of same

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Social Sciences or related field
• Three years of professional work experience in a data-focused role
• Proven complex analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with Advanced or Expert level skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience using SPSS
• Experience using Alteryx
• Experience querying data from a structured database using any SQL based language
• Experience using Tableau or other BI software
