Job Description
Responsibilitie:
- Interacting with business process owners for understanding the current processes.
- Guide the process owners to finalize the business proposed processes as per the best industry practice.
- Testing the agreed processes by using the major test scripts to ensure the accuracy of the processes.
- Make the process owners understand the design and fundamental concepts of the of any new functionality to be used.
- Configure the new agreed process in M3.
- Train the process owners in the approved solution/processes.
- Support and guide the process owners to impart the training to their key and all end users.
- Guide the process owners to conduct the testing processes including user acceptance test and full-scale test for the approved solution as well as conduct full load impact testing.
- Resolve the issues coming up during the various stages of the project and help moving the project ahead.
- Keep track of all the milestones in the project and update the status of each activity as against the plan and report to project manager for overall status of the project.
- Support the go live process.
- Production support for users working in the new solution in M3.
- To transfer the solution from project team to the client business process owners.
- Qualifications:
- Candidate should have 5 + years' relevant experience in Infor M3 software business applications
- Infor M3 Application Certifications highly desired
- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Experience playing key role in full life cycle implementations
- Manufacturing and product data management modules Focus
- Experience with Infor M3 purchasing and material resource planning modules
- Knowledge in manufacturing and distribution industries
- Ability to support/work in a multi-user/multi-client environment on different platforms
- Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines in non-standard hours, weekends/holidays
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize support/maintenance for multiple customers on different environments
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and act as a knowledge expert
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet customer service level expectations
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and develop solutions to problems independently and through facilitated team discussions
- Ability to actively participate in team and client meetings
- Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure
- Adaptable to multiple customer work environments
