Technical Service Manager Liquid Smoke m/f/d

OB DESCRIPTION

• Providing technical support & guidance to existing customers
• Demonstration of technical feasibility at prospects of our Liquid Smoke products in

terms of performance and machine runability.

• Liaising with our Sales managers Liquid Smoke in identifying new accounts.
• Liaising with our R&D manager and Technical Marketing Manager in identifying product improvements and new product development.

Tasks

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes machine trials on site at both customers and prospects to demonstrate performance of our products.
• Executes product demonstrations with customers both at customers as well as in our demonstration kitchen.
• Evaluates and prioritizes in cooperation with the sales manager liquid smoke and the technical marketing manager opportunities
• Executes sales task at specific accounts / prospects (team support of sales manager liquid smoke) in alignment with the director sales & marketing.
• Manages toll production of assigned products ( smoke powder / smoke oil)
• Teamwork within the team with the various stakeholders; technical marketing, R&D, Quality and Customer Service.

Requirements

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Technical education
• Broad experience in the food industry
• Team oriented approach.
• Appetite for growing new business
• Entrepreneurial approach.
• IT competencies.
• Fluent in English, German and preferably 1 other language.
• Self-starter.
• Driving license.
