Business Analyst
The Candidate will be part of the CPA Contract Administration and Procurement (CAP) team, creating requirements, statements of work, performing analysis/development tasks and other related functions for the agency.
The Candidate will perform these tasks:
Work with business users to evaluate business needs, analyze processes, and document decisions for work related to requirement gathering and statement of work development.
Work with internal business users in an Agile environment to assist in the creation of user stories for the system development.
Ability to write and document business and technical requirements effectively
Communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing
Participate and/or lead in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling with agency staff
Attend meetings with subject matter experts and business users to coordinate activities
Prepare mockups, charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and/or proposed requirements.
Take ownership of reported issues and complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the CAP management team.
Create and maintain schedules for assigned projects and assignments as needed
Create reports and dashboards as needed for management and internal staff

Work Hours: Candidate must be available to work 8 to 5 Central Standard Time. Alternative work hours must be pre-approved by the Direct Supervisor.
Onsite Requirement: The Candidate will be onsite at least three days a week. Telework schedule for remaining two days a week. Any variation must be pre-approved by Direct Supervisor.
