Job Description
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Java - 5 years of Java 8 or Java 11 Scala - 2-3 years Akka data streaming - Akka Streaming, Akka Persistence, Akka HTTP - 2-3 years AWS Restful Webservices Azure DevOps Interview Process: 3 technical Interviews with Sr. Software and Principal Engineers. Online tool to facilitate coding exercise and whiteboard tool for design questions
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong Java 8 or 11 (5+ years)
- Scala programming experience (2+ years)
- Significant Akka data streaming experience (2+ years)
- Backend development (2+ years)
- RESTful web services (2+ years)
- AWS or other Cloud experience
- DevOps (we use Azure DevOps)
- High Availability and Reliable Solutions
- Some architecture experience
Soft Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering or related field is required and 10+ years of overall experience
