Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Discovery Specialist

Location: San Jose, CA (Initial remote)

Contract: 6+ months

Description:

Good knowledge of Patterns, Probes and Sensors in ServiceNow

Should be able to troubleshoot discovery issues and work with functional teams in technical terms. Knowledge in Linux commands, networks, sub-nets, SNMP, MIBS & OID.

Good understanding of Network Protocols. Knowledge in mid server setup and troubleshooting the discovery errors. Good knowledge in Basic ServiceNow configurations and scripting. Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules. Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc. Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc. Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc. Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities. Essential : ServiceNow Discovery Certification. Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good to have: Experience in ServiceNow automated testing. ServiceNow System Admin Certification. ServiceNow Application development certification.
