Senior B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate daily with the brand and sales teams. Your mission is to help the commercial teams to drive pipeline and new revenue by implementing end-to-end b2b campaigns that drive awareness and interest across all segments of mula s target market.

Tasks

• Planning and strategy: Own the strategy and the end-to-end execution of our online and offline events
• Production and briefing: Brief and help produce marketing creatives with the design, content, advertising, email, and website teams
• Research and conceptualization: Develop content topics based on user interests and industry trends, research & write original content, and edit articles
• Measure success: Evaluate and document our campaign results and processes, contributing to a constant refinement of our value proposition and go-to-market strategies
• Analysis: Share data and reports about how our content marketing efforts are doing

Requirements

• You are a Marketing expert: You gained experience working in a B2B marketing or sales team, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a sales-led motion
• You have a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives that created demand among prospects and met pipeline goals
• You have an analytical mindset and you know which metrics you need to measure, you are comfortable handling data, and your decision-making is driven by ROI
• You are a team player and you can work well with others in cross-functional teams
• You have a growth mindset and you are organized and structured to manage your daily tasks and projects
• You have full proficiency in English (German is a plus!)
