Urban Connect is a multimodal mobility platform for companies and communities that enables shared, climate neutral mobility. The platform offers companies an ecosystem of low-emission, shared vehicles - everything from e-bikes to e-scooters and e-cargo bikes to e-cars with everything bookable via one (award-winning) app. In addition, the platform also enables the simple integration of existing vehicle fleets - and the measurement and management of their utilization. It is also in this context that we help companies map an optimal, sustainable, cost-effective mobility mix for their employee mobility needs.
Tasks
- Main responsibility for national omnichannel marketing campaigns around our products and services - in the area of B2B shared mobility
- Launch targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness, create brand/product demand, enable sales and glean market intelligence
- Leads and orchestrates paid, owned and earned media activities, giving clear guidelines and objectives as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Together with the sales defines and drives the execution of the CRM strategy, including email marketing, consumer activation & clienteling programmes
- As a doer with excellent writing skills and a good graphic sense, you create target group-oriented and personalized content and storylines for the implementation of different customer channels and formats
- Organization of interviews, site visits, coordination with external clients on image, video, sound material incl. detailed briefing
- Produce marketing materials and promotional activities such as key messages, sales presentations
- Develop and implement SEA concepts and campaigns, analysis and optimization of audiences, keywords and search behavior
- Leverage market data and digital analytics (e.g., LinkedIn, website performance) to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field (Completed university studies in the fields of economics, (digital) marketing or communication)
- Broad experience in marketing and fast growing companies, B2B marketing experience and startup experience is a plus
- Experience developing campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- In-depth experience in growth hacking and the successful implementation of campaigns
- Good knowledge of performance marketing (SEA, paid social, display, programmatic, in particular LinkedIn Advertising)
- Growth mindset with an independent, curious way of working as well as a solution-oriented hands-on and doer mentality
